The draw of the maiden CAF Women’s Champions League tournament will be conducted on the 29th of September, the Confederation of African Football, CAF has confirmed.
All eight qualified teams will be divided into two groups of four clubs each and the top two from each group will advance to the semi-finals.
The continent’s premium women’s sporting tournament which is in its maiden edition is slated to run from November 5-19, in Egypt.
Among the teams to watch out for are Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa, Equatorial Guinea giants Malabo Kings, ASFAR FC of Morocco, Hasaacas Ladies FC of Ghana and Rivers Angels of Nigeria.
WAFU B and UNAF will feature two teams each. According to CAF, as the zone holder of the previous Women’s AFCON 2018, and in accordance to the competition Regulations as home of current champions of Women’s AFCON, WAFU B will have two representatives. Likewise, UNAF will have two clubs with Egypt being the second club as hosts.

• COSAFA: Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa)
• CECAFA: Vihiga Queens FC (Kenya)

• UNAF: Wadi Degla FC (Egypt)
• UNIFFAC: Malabo King FC (Equatorial Guinea)
