Tokyo 2020 Qualifiers: Lionesses beat Amazone FAP in friendly

Cameroon’s Indomitable Lionesses beat  Amazone FAP on  Tuesday at CAF Technical centre in Odza as the team continue gearing up for the first leg fourth round Tokyo 2020 qualifier against Ivory Coast.

Aboudi Onguene and Mireille Tchaptchet both scored in Tuesday’s  comfortable win.

Cameroon face Ivory Coast on November 9, 2019 before the return leg game in Yaounde three days later.

The 2016 Vice African champions will be without shot stopper Annette Ngo Ndom and Real Betis forward Michaela Abam who were left out of the list of preselected.

The Lionesses will be relying on FC Minsk Defender Alvine Njolle who just won the Belarus cup and Championship as wellness, Gabrielle Aboudi Onguene Champion of the Russian Cup with CSKA Moscow and Valarenga’s Nchout Ajara.

Cameroon beat the Democratic Republic of Congo in during the third round to seal a fourth round spot.
